Last updated October 2026. These terms apply to every rental from Beaumont Porta Potty unless your written quote says otherwise. Questions? Call (951) 580-3899.
How do quotes and payment work?
Every rental starts with a written quote listing 6 items: unit, rental period, servicing, delivery and pickup, any rush fee, and tax. Nothing is charged until you approve the quote. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and debit through a secure pay link, so you never read a card number aloud.
- No fuel surcharge or "convenience" fee is added after you approve.
- Approved commercial accounts may use a PO and net terms. We provide a W-9 and certificate of insurance on request.
- Tax-exempt organizations send their exemption certificate before billing.
How is an event rental billed compared to a 28-day rental?
Event rentals pay 1 flat event rate covering up to 3 days, weekend included, with delivery and pickup. Long-term rentals bill every 28 days from the delivery date, not by calendar month, and renew until you call for pickup. The second cycle and later cost less because delivery is not charged again.
| Event rental | Long-term rental | |
|---|---|---|
| Billing | One flat rate | Every 28 days from delivery |
| Length | Up to 3 days incl. weekend | Renews until you call |
| Service | Arrives clean; mid-event service by request | Weekly service included |
| Delivery & pickup | Included | Quoted once; not repeated each cycle |
| To stop | Pickup is scheduled | Call 2 business days ahead |
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Call or text the yard at (951) 580-3899. For a long-term rental, call at least 2 business days before the end of your 28-day cycle to stop the next charge and schedule pickup.
What am I responsible for while the unit is on my site?
The renter is responsible for 5 things: a safe spot on firm, level ground with about a 48-inch clear path, access on service days, leaving wind stakes in place, giving us any lock code, and keeping the unit upright and unmoved. Ask us before moving a unit; a moved unit may not get serviced.
- Placement
- Firm, level ground. Wheelchair-accessible units need about 7.5 × 7.5 ft. Trailers need level ground, 120V power and a hose or onboard tank.
- Access
- Keep the path and gate clear on service days. Share gate codes.
- Wind stakes
- On exposed Pass sites we stake units. Leave stakes in place; gusts reach 50–60 mph.
- Locks
- A hasp is available on request. You may add a combination padlock, but you must give us the code for service days.
- Rules & permits
- Placement rules, HOA rules and permits are the renter's call. Confirm with your permit office or venue.
- Use
- Only human waste and toilet paper. No trash, chemicals or hot ashes.
Questions about these terms?
Call the yard at (951) 580-3899. We go over every line of the quote before you pay.
Who pays if a unit is damaged?
Normal wear is on us. Damage from vandalism, fire, graffiti or tipping by others is billed to the renter at repair or replacement cost. Staked units rarely tip, which is 1 reason we stake on exposed sites. Report damage or a tipped unit right away so we can make it safe and clean.
If your site is public or open at night, ask for a hasp so you can lock the unit.
How does pickup work?
Event units are picked up on the scheduled day, usually Monday for weekend events or Tuesday after a holiday. Long-term units stay and keep billing until you call; give 2 business days' notice. Pickups happen Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM, and nobody needs to be home if the path is clear.
Leave the unit where we set it and the gate open or the code shared. See the booking-to-pickup guide for the full timeline.
What happens with bad weather or a wildfire?
Safety comes first. If high winds, flooding or a wildfire make a route or site unsafe, we may delay a delivery, skip a service visit or pull units early. During the 2020 Apple Fire, more than 7,800 people were evacuated from Cherry Valley, Banning Bench and Oak Glen, so evacuation orders here are real.
- If we delay a delivery for weather, we call or text to set a new time.
- Follow official evacuation orders; do not stay behind to protect a unit.
